Be Empty

G'day!  To put my photo here or not? That is the question! Somehow it would make it all seem personal. Who is this person? What does he know? We see our face in the mirror, a mask that supposedly represents us in our interaction with the world, but is that what we are?

Within, we see no face, we see the world of things and thoughts all presented here and we know that we are, but we identify with only part of it, a separate part in competition with the rest of it. Where does that come from? Where does it begin? Is it really there? Try to hold it, it disappears. Turn your back, it's there again, leading the charge, a face in a faceless emptiness.
