Be Empty

         How can one reach the state of Samadhi (complete unawareness of ego and this creation at large) and realize the supreme Truth - God, without doing anything that is prescribed? Rituals, worship, japa, meditation etc. are really food for the practitioner. That is why millions of aspirants are doing something or other - with their ego. One has to do something at the beginning, such as physical or mental practices. Without such actions, how will it be possible to achieve self-realization?  Such are the problems of the egoistic people of the modern world that, due to lack of understanding, their mental agitation is rising above the danger level and their faith is diminishing day by day in the disciplines prescribed by their religious teachers.

         Because of ignorance, different religions of the world are fighting each other - concentrating on the objects like intoxicated, crazy wild horses. Inside this delusive land of dream, all are running - being objectified in the name of peace yet bringing destruction with every move.

         Don't be so impatient. Stop! Stop! Stop your objective movement totally. If you want peace, here it is. Listen to me please. 

         Peace is within you. It is every individual's property. It is the property of every religion. It is within the walls of your own body (physical, subtle and causal). It is not somewhere else out in the world of objects. It is very near, near at hand - nearer than your own ego.  Mind! You are not the the EGO of which you say, 'I am'.  You are the fountain of peace.  You are the true Self of all, you are everything, the cause of causes - and except you, there is none.

         Thereat, stop seeing anything as separate from you, the Real. To have such eyes, you have to develop your 'third eye', the real eye of wisdom. To get this third eye, you must close these two objective eyes - that is to say, you should be free of objects. To be free, you should be empty - as emptiness is. Therefore, check up your mad, egoistic horses from running after objects. Running after illusive objects develops attachment for them. Such a habit gives birth to dissatisfaction and the demand for more and more objects. This lack of satisfaction drives the ego crazy and drags one towards destruction in the world of duality and an unknown destination.

         O doctors of religion! Your robes and uniforms of many different colours indicate that you experts are the product of various institutions, and the global citizens take you to be the qualified spiritual doctors. If it is true that you are real doctors, why are you disagreeing with each other and are dissatisfied among yourselves?  Will you kindly explain the reason to the people of the world?  If you are the real followers of Truth, why don't you tell the truth?  There is no question why realized souls should have a 'cold war' between themselves or with others. Will you please let people know in detail the cause of your refutations?

         Let's say the common mass of people are the patients in your 'world hospital', and you experts are regarded as the paragon within your own (religious) sections. You are a paradox, yet everything and God to them. That is why they are following you 'doctors' very strictly. O you specialists! Don't try to betray the faith of these innocent people. You know they have such faith in you and will pay whatever fee you demand without hesitation, but even then you experts never let a single patient go without sucking their blood in the name of God.

         Why are you so much objectified? Your money-minded activities don't match your saintly clothes. You must feel ashamed to exploit the One, Single, Omnipresent Truth in universal form. 'He' alone is your disciple, there is no other - mind it!  Therefore be truthful and expose yourselves in front of all - what you really are behind the mask of doctors. Your behaviour shows that you are not the real experts, the real doctors who want to help the world with their services.

         The duty of the expert is to love each and every sufferer as they love themselves; to hear each of them patiently, diagnose their disease correctly, and cure them perfectly. This is the duty of all experts. Real doctors are never affected by the beauty of stinging flesh and bone, or wealth and power which develops anxiety and leads to destruction in the end. As you have declared that you are a free man, be sure there cannot be any green signal on your part to be attached to objects. As a realised soul, as long as you are in the midst of the world you must engage yourself with the problems of your aspirants whole-heartedly, and make them perfect doctors, as you are, to maintain peace.

         Remember - I am the pioneer, uncontestable, supreme doctor - the father of efficiency. I am the one who runs this huge heavenly hospital, this creation, smoothly. If you will keep your patient happy, you will remain ever-happy as I am.  Keeping your eyes on this ever-green signal of mine, move smoothly on, providing peace, and maintain tranquility forever. Then only are you fit to be called a real doctor, a real expert who has realised the Truth in a true sense.

         My good listeners, the unqualified people wearing a saintly mask are the only source of trouble in this world. How long will this sort of make-up in the name of holiness protect them?  Real saints are defamed because of such people in their disguise. Concealing one's true nature this way, how long can one continue with such unworthy practices in this mobile world?  Seeds that are hidden inside the earth do not last long before they sprout into view. With this one can understand that hiding is of no use. There is no room to prevent everything being seen in this vast creation, this is the law of nature. Those high-fliers who try to move against nature will find no place to hide.

         So take off this false dress without delay - come out of such confinement - this is the right way and the correct means of respecting saints, the very symbol of Truth. O you, my pious frauds!  Change your habit!  Follow the path of purity from today onward. This practice will certainly take you to that altruist height of life which the real saints finally reached from the very beginning of this creation. Thus you be a pioneer among all the pious hopes, and no other than a saint. Realising this, enjoy My true, changeless, saintly nature as a canonised person, and remain happy.

         Look at those children - those idolaters whose concepts are fully developed to play with dolls - the idols that are made of clay, stone and paper etc. and are considered to be God - worshipped by the common people. Like children, the ignorant mass of people are seriously engaged in this play - yet the sensible one can easily understand this game.  Just as movie theatres are filled to capacity with audiences who are moved by famous film actors, lack of knowledge compels the world at large to assemble in such a fantastic game of worship in the name of God.

         Clever actors skillfully present their plays to encourage the fervour of the observers, entertaining them all the time. Thus these sciolists* are affecting the public and without any objection, befooling the world.

         This begs the question - when it is alone true that all are in Me, the all-pervading one, how can such a layer of ignorance turn Me, the infinite one, into finite?  Such illusive, imaginary images made out of the objects of this dream world are nothing more than the concept of intoxicated brains. Hence, aspirants are warned not to be involved with such mere games of ego. Consider such games to be child's play. To attain the Real, you must not be affected. Remain just like the cinema screen on which films of different stories are played.

         The day when you, the Truth seekers, realize this saying of mine to be true, you will come to Me without fail. This is the eternal Truth.

         A sin-free man is he who, with full confidence, declares that this highly disagreeable dress made out of stinging flesh and bone, this human form, is a product of this mysterious creation, and not HE, the Real.

         He who is hell-bent to reach Me is My heavenly son, My own form.  Mind it!  Heaven is not meant for the hell-bound ego!  Certainly, like a tusk, your ego is nice to look at, but the dreadful wild elephant, your dandy desire, which rushes out to monopolise the world, brutally unnerving its objects, is dangerous. Rise above this ego and your daydream, then only you are a sin-free man.

         A (deciduous) tree must be completely naked before it can enjoy fresh spring leaves. In the same way, aspirants also must become naked in order to enjoy eternal life. Without leaving any trace of ego behind, such a sincere devotee of Mine alone is fit to enjoy Oneself, the nectar of Truth, no others.

         Complete surrender means total emptiness. You are the 'minus object' that indicates you do not possess any kind of the ridiculous things of this creation which are 'no object' in the eyes of eternal beauty.  When such unwanted dream objects are not in you, it means that your dream body will end along with ego. Thus, the day that you are objectless in all respects, it will be clearly  understood that you are naked. In this way, he who is thoroughly 'washed out' is fit to reveal the Truth.

         Thereat, to remain neat, aspirants should be empty from all sides at all times. The all-pervading Truth, which is spotless, is ever neat from the very beginning of this creation. To enjoy this inexpressible neatness one must also be neat up to this mark.  Such a naked, real devotee of Mine is alone fit to realise Me, the all-pervading eternal Truth, no others.

         Those who worship idols, with or without form in the name of God are no more than idolaters. The sincere devotee dissolves himself, dwelling within the heart of devotion and just like a real drunkard, is always intoxicated. Here, for the real drunkard (devotee), is a bottle of whisky inside the most attractively designed and costly carton. Suppose he holds this carton very strongly, full of love and keeping it with him all the time....... will he get intoxicated?  Of course not. So then if he removes the bottle from the carton and admires the colour of the whisky inside this precious transparent bottle (image) - will he get intoxicated?  No. He may embrace this bottle with all his heart, with every heartbeat, full of devotion, yet still this will produce no intoxication. Is there any chance to get intoxication from placing this bottle, this image between the two eyebrows (at the third eye, 'Ajna Ckakra) or at the ultimate height of Kundalini Yoga, the 'Sahasrara' - the thousand-petalled lotus at the crown of the head?  Are you sure that if you bow whole-heartedly to this bottle, this image of your deity, your third eye will be opened and you will reach the highest point of Kundalini - the ultimate goal of life?  Will you ever experience ecstacy with its intoxication?  No, never.

         How can your dream turn into Truth? These are foolish activities. A real 'drunkard' is he who doesn't care about the carton or the bottle. According to the time and situation, he doesn't even hesitate to break the neck of the bottle so as to respect the intoxicant that intoxicates forever.  My real devotee is he who swallows the divine liquor in one breath, at a gallop, and throws the bottle and carton aside without any mercy.  He is My real heart, My pure devotee, who is drunk with eternal intoxication and remains completely unconscious of his own existence and that of the world.

         O driver, always keep your eyes on the road! It matters little which route you travel - whether you are within the path of limitation - this zig-zag world, or you are zooming on the straight and unlimited spiritual path of divinity. Sometimes you may be driving on a nice mettled road and next, find yourself moving through the most despairing underworld. Pain and pleasure are the two faces of this globe. This is the same with all the creatures as long as they exist. You may be equipped with a safety belt and other security measures but even then you will never be free from pain and pleasure.

         The day you come to Me without driving, and realise one single Truth without realiser, then only will you be a really successful freedom-fighter.  Then you are beyond limitation and pain and pleasure have no effect on you.  You are like the oil-paper on which water may stay but never affects it - even if you are in the form of human being or any other form.  Once you are formless, it means you are no other than Myself, the One Single Truth. In your eyes, neither form nor formlessness ever exist - that is why you are a free man and a 'superman'. It is because of this eternity, this changeless Truth, that pain and pleasure are zooming inside every creature, and the sun, moon and innumerable planets and creations are breathing in their own orbits.
